We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team in York, PA. Earn $50,000/year General Responsibilities Provide supervision and support to psychiatric technicians. Coordinate and perform new hire on boarding orientation and training. Monitor/coordinate/track annual training requirements. Monitor scheduling needs and coordination of shift coverage related to general scheduling, time off requests, etc. Assist management team with program development/improvement efforts Assist management team with on-going staff development trainings/education Assist with hiring process and monitoring of candidate through the credentialing process. Assists with preparing for site visits and audits to ensure training records are up to date. Assist with program coverage, if needed.
