Job Description

工作内容及要求:

岗位任务类:

负责完成所辖机构的业绩指标、销售人力发展指标、费用控制指标,对于所辖机构的各项指标负首要责任; 负责所辖机构范围的媒体沟通、媒体关系维护和品牌宣传等相关工作,包括有效运用总公司公关部每月定期分享的统一软文和新闻稿件向当地主流媒体进行发布,协调落实所辖区域各类媒体的垂询和采访事宜。 对所辖范围的内部控制有效性负责,监督、管理、协调所辖范围内工作,在确保符合法律法规、监管要求以及公司内部的规章制度的基础上,识别、评估、监控和报告相关风险,并负责传导公司所倡导的文化(包括风险管理文化、合规经营理念等) 督导营销总监培育具有良好合规理念和职业道德的营销代理人团队,对所辖机构的合规执业负首要管理责任; 严格遵循公司媒体管理制度中关于媒体风险事件处理流程的相关规定,负责中心支公司/营销服务部的媒体风险事件处理,包括所辖机构的媒体沟通,风险事件调查和应对媒体等; 及时报告工作过程中所发现的违规事件或潜在风险,并提出纠正或改进建议; 协助审计部完成审计相关工作,并根据审计报告完成整改工作; 制订适用于所辖范围的工作流程和标准; 配合总公司各部门完成各类项目及工作; 完成上级安排的其他工作任务。

遵守监管机构制定的各项规章制度; 遵守公司制定的各项规章制度; 遵守公司或所在部门制定的业务操作流程; 行为操守符合国家法律、公司职业操守及道德规范守则和公司合规部的相关规定; 正直诚信,不向公司提供虚假的财务票据或资料; 敏锐的风险控制和合规意识。

团队管理类:

负责所辖范围内的人员发展,有效地激励和培育下属员工,营造积极向上的团队合作氛围; 识别和培养高潜能、高绩效员工; 指导下属员工的职业生涯发展。

录用条件:

知识 / 技能 / 学历

大学本科及以上学历; 12年以上保险从业经验,其中从事管理类岗位的经验8年以上; 良好的时间管理能力; 能在压力下工作; 熟练操作计算机; 达到公司为此岗设置的工作内容要求以及考核指标; 达到岗位职责描述的要求。
