Job SummaryThe Inside Sales Representative is responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts/territory from lead generation to sales close. Develops and implements territory plan to support division mission and revenue goals. Successful reps will have the opportunity to relocate into an outside sales territory
Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts/territory from lead generation to sales close. Develops and implements territory plan to support division mission and revenue goals. Successful reps will have the opportunity to relocate into an outside sales territory
Develop strong customer relationships with targeted contacts
Support new product and program launches
Manage customer contracts, bid proposals, product quotations, and price negotiations
Develops annual business plan detailing activities for calendar year in order to attain revenue goal
Maintains accurate records in SFDC of all sales activity, contacts, opportunities, and customer profiles
Focuses on solution selling by identifying customer needs and using available resources recommends effective solutons
Attends strategic trade shows and divisional sales meetings to support territory revenue growth, build network, and expand job knowledge
Establish and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external support associates
Bachelor's Degree Required, Business or Marketing preferred
Previous sales or customer service experience required
Ability to relocate preferred as position leads to career in outside sales
Experience with Customer Relationship Management software
Strong telephone sales personality
Consistently projects positive attitude and is self motivated
