Northeast Family Services Assistant Program Director in United States

Our Assistant Program Director will provide clinical supervision to our Other Licensed Practitioners (OLP Clinicians) who provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote a families' strengths! The Clinical Assistant Program Director will also carry a small caseload.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related human services field
Independent Licensure required (LCSW or LMHC)
Minimum 2 year of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred
Bilingual Preferred

- Salary: $60,000 to $65,000
