Unity House Coordinated Entry Coordinator in Troy, New York

Unity House of Troy’s Domestic Violence program is looking for the right individual to assist with coordinating entry into housing for victims of domestic violence.

Position may be eligible for a $750 sign on bonus

Responsibilities:

Provide direct services to victims of domestic violence.

Assist with safety planning.

Provide referrals

Coordinate resources.

Manage the housing program including waitlist and applications for consideration into the housing program.

Participation in the RCHSC coordinated entry.

Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging.

Requirements:

College degree and/or previous experience working with victims of domestic violence or similar population preferred. High school diploma or GED required with previous experience. Valid and clean NYS driver license. Reliable transportation.
