Responsibilities
Building and maintaining relationships with Developers and Architects & being the key point of contact for all design related enquires and escalations to develop proprietary specifications for systems
Developing and increasing projects pipelines and business opportunities
Manage a large collection of moving projects throughout the design stage, passing these projects to sales team at the correct time to ensure a sale for the business is achieved
Maintain CRM system as per procedures
Promoting product range to Developers, Architect and Consultant
Conducting presentations & trainings
Assisting sales personnel in meeting clients related to specification matters
Providing market intelligence information on competitors and market’s direction
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Specifications sales or project sales in related industries
Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, marketing or related field
Strong technical capabilities and an understanding of electronics, hardware, and door opening solutions
Customer service orientated outlook and accountability
