Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Stratham, New Hampshire

Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to work in Stratham, New Hampshire. The role involves assisting customers by providing information and resolving service issues. The successful candidate will work within our telecom provider company, handling incoming calls and customer inquiries, and coordinating with new clinics to establish protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.

• Coordinate with new clinics to establish protocols.

• Maintain customer records by updating account information.

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

• Utilize basic skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Provide high-quality customer service, addressing and resolving customer issues promptly.

• Efficiently multitask, handling various duties simultaneously.

• Engage in data entry tasks to maintain customer records and other relevant information.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers.

• Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries accurately and promptly. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and addressing customer queries

• Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality customer service

• Ability to handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral

• Proficient in multi-tasking and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications in customer service or related fields are desirable

• Willingness to work in shifts, during weekends, or holidays if required

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment

• Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory

• Proven problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic approach to customer issues

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
