Job Overview Sets up and operates grinding machine to grind outside diameter of part to blueprint tolerances. Also grinds shoulder face to hold overall length of part. Position starts at $31.83 per hour Health benefits start on day 1 Key Job Responsibilities (1) Check and follow router. (2) Set up machine and qualify tooling. (3) Load the part on the machine. (4) Run the part through the machine by following instructions per router. (5) Inspect and insure parts are to print. (6) Remove the part from the machine. (7) Make out a move ticket to send the part to the next operation. (8) Obeys all safety rules, wears proper PPE, and performs housekeeping functions.
