Description and Requirements

工作职责:

1、作为联想的服务专家及交付接口人,负责与客户合作并制定客户拓展计划,依照此计划开展工作并定期进行回顾;

2、与客户技术人员和IT管理人员紧密合作,及时对客户的问题进行跟进;必要时协调联想相关资源为客户提供支持,提升客户满意度;

3、对联想服务业务负责,了解客户痛点,通过联想服务产品解决客户问题,同时完成公司对服务业绩的考核;

4、担任技术顾问或专家的角色,依据ITIL的理论,帮助客户提高IT服务质量;管理和协调服务团队,为客户提供高质量的技术服务,提高客户满意度和忠诚度,并做好投诉/升级管理;

工作要求:

1、本科学历,计算机相关专业或有计算机行业相关工作背景。两年以上企业客户服务经验。

2、精通企业级IT基础架构及相关知识,了解行业相关知识及最佳实践,熟悉行业系统应用(包括CRM、ERP等);精通IT服务管理,对企业级IT服务运作规律的有深入了解。

3、有很强的抗压能力,可接受短暂出差;优秀的技术学习能力;沟通协调能力强,推动相关部门解决问题。

4、对客户业务的有深刻的理解,拥有很强的商机敏感度,对突发事件有很强的处理及应变能力。

5、有相关项目管理认证(PMP、ITIL等)优先考虑。
