Global Citrus Project Management Director

Join our Global team and leverage your passion for citrus, flavors & ingredients to shape the future of Citrus solutions. As a Tonality Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams and drive technical innovation to design and deliver targeted solutions from research to launch. You will work closely with other teams to ensure the successful deployment of our solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead Citrus Tonality projects and drive technical innovation as a key member of the Global Citrus team.

Your key responsibilities

• Design, organize, and staff Citrus Tonality projects, assigned by Global Citrus Tonality Lead, from research to launch by leading a cross-functional team.

• Drive all technical innovation activities related to Citrus Innovation Project and act as the technical go-to person for the project, ensuring relevance and effectiveness of scientific plan.

• Work closely with other teams, including Regional & Global Teams, Human Insights, Innotech Team, and external partners to ensure that the product or technical solution are relevant, documented, from design to launch.

• Ensure that the project teams operate in an environment that generates innovative, patentable, and/or cost-effective solutions to solve identified technical problems, effective delivery of targeted solutions.

• Act as the technical support for internal and external promotion - Develop and provide training required to launch new products/solutions to key global clients or to internal Firmenich sales people, marketing, or applications people.

  You bring

• 10+ years of relevant experience

• Flavors, or CPG experience required.

• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of Flavors solutions, beverage application & Clean Label solution performance in applications.

• Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple projects.

• Strong project management skills

• Strong cross-functional partnering and communication skills.

• Demonstrated creativity and ideation skills.
