St. Charles also offers services in general surgery, colon/rectal surgery, bariatric surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, pediatrics, diagnostic imaging, emergency medicine, epilepsy, stroke care, Female Pelvic Floor Disorders Center, and a nationally accredited Sleep Disorders Center. Job Details MDA Coordinator Requirements: NY State RN license and Registered NYS Nurse Practitioner license, and adult, family or geriatric certification. BLS certification required, as is critical thinking abilities and superior interpersonal and technical skills. MDA Coordinator Responsibilities: Manage the biweekly clinic schedule along with the scheduling staff Maintain communication with the MDA including uploading Care Center schedules Maintain Care Center materials including genetic testing swab kits, requisitions, etc. Provide comprehensive care to patients along with attending physician(s) as needed Assist attending physicians(s) with completion of patient forms, letters, etc. Monitor laboratory and test results Obtain appropriate consultations as needed Demonstrate care that reflects an understanding of individual cultural and religious diversities and needs, along with the recognition of patient rights. Ability to work with others, establish rapport with patient and families Maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate ethical standards in treatment Commitment to continuous personal/professional development Clarity and legibility of medical records- timely and completeness of documentation Assist patients dealing with system complexities Salary Range USD $85.00 - USD $85.00 /Hr. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
