Job Summary

Compiles, updates, enhances, and monitors content for University e-commerce websites to increase sales growth and improve customer experiences. Facilitates product placement on websites, coordinates with other teams and staff for promotional e-commerce opportunities, and creates routine billing and reporting requests. Assists with website initiatives and optimizes e-content.

Essential Functions

Business, Hospitality and Auxiliary Services is seeking a talented e-Commerce Coordinator to operate and enhance all digital merchandise activities for the University Stores' websites with the goal of profitable sales growth and improving customer experiences. Duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to:

    • Product placement on the University Stores' websites (including uploading, removing, and modifying all products).
    • Enhancing, maintaining and analyzing key metrics using Google Analytics and making recommendations to increase sales.
    • Coordinating with the marketing team for promotional opportunities.
    • Communicating successes, challenges, or other e-Commerce opportunities for the University Stores.
    • Monitor and update Google Business information, as well as complete analysis using Google Analytics in partnership with providers.
    • Other duties as assigned, which may include mentoring and overseeing student employees.

Sitting, standing, and walking. May require occasional lifting or moving of supplies.
