Details and qualification include :

• Minimum of 1-year experience in the operating room required

• Highly energized and flexible

• Strong decision making and ability to function in a collaborative care model

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Schedule: M-F | 8-5 | No Call

• Current, unrestricted Arizona license

• Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances

• Experience in a surgical specialty is preferred

The schedule includes Monday and Tuesday in clinic, Wednesday for urgent cases, and Thursday and Friday in the OR. The location for most ORs is Banner Thunderbird, with clinics at Banner Scottsdale and Banner Arcadia. The position is for a total joint practice. The APP may work with other surgeons, but the preference is to be dedicated primarily to one surgeon.
