Position Overview

The NA Education Services Data Analytics & Insights Jr Analyst will be responsible for analysis and delivery of Customer Service audit reports, Metrics and KPIs, and ad hoc reports. Understands context of the Education Services function need for information and builds effective solutions to serve those needs, supplying trend analysis and advanced interpretation as needed. This individual will have knowledge of processes within Customer Service specifically Training and Events.

Responsabilities

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify patterns, and insights.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of data collection systems and other strategies to optimize efficiency and data quality.

  • Prepare and present reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in analytics.

  • Be proactive in identifying potential new analytical projects to extract knowledge from raw data and transform it into meaningful and impactful information.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify improvements related to performance metrics.

  • Acts as a change agent to drive transformation in collaboration with internal organizations.

  • Develop and implement quality improvement and process changes to achieve greater efficiencies and workflows between internal business units and GBS organization.

  • Benchmark and monitor processes as it pertains to services in-scope.

NA Education Services Team at OneSource Support:

  • Partner closely with the quality and transformation team to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

  • Representative for NA Education Services in Automation Community of Practice

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Excel, preferred Python and SQL.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (SAP, Power BI)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Data and SLA commitment driven.
