News Corp Australia Delivery Manager, Growth Projects in NSW, Australia

What’s the role?

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Delivery Manager, with experience in project delivery, execution, subscriptions or a related field.

This role reports to the Senior Delivery Manager, Growth Projects. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of growth projects and initiatives across the Subscriptions portfolio, with a focus on the delivery of new subscription capabilities and new products to market.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Delivery Manager and the wider project team to ensure projects are delivered to scope, on time, within budget, and to expectation

  • Work closely with the Project Manager, acting as the key point of contact for the Consumer Subscriptions team

  • Maintain documentation and support the resolution of risks, actions, issues, and decisions across the project

  • Coordinate the Consumer Subscriptions working group to ensure tasks are completed on time and as expected

  • Conduct comprehensive testing and approval of new capabilities and/or products to ensure they are fit for launch

  • Collaborate and manage communications with different teams including Consumer Subscriptions, Technology and Customer Service

Who are you?

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work closely and collaboratively with multiple teams across the business to achieve a shared outcome

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines

  • Ability to put the customer first when problem-solving for the best outcome

  • Track record of executing programs or initiatives at an exceptional standard

  • Apply exceptional attention to detail and accountability to confidently test and sign off projects as ready to launch
