Our client, a significant consulting group, is seeking a compensation analyst to join their team in NYC. Key responsibilities include providing analysis and support in the administration of compensation practices, policies, and programs across all levels, including benchmarking market data, managing semi-annual bonus calculations, and implementing a compensation and incentive program. - Bachelor's Degree, required
- 3-5+ years of compensation experience
- Professional Services industry experience required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

The salary range for this position is between $90k-110k on a base range.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
