As the Supply Chain Director at City Winery, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the distribution, purchasing, and service operations for all CW locations. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Culinary team and R&D, Operations, Marketing,and IT, you will drive strategic initiatives to achieve company annual goals and objectives. Your ability to optimize procurement processes, negotiate favorable terms, and enhance value-added programs will be essential in ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships, to support the needs of the locations.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery timelines while maintaining compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with R&D to identify innovative products and services that align with market trends and ensure a competitive edge in the market.

• Work closely with Operations to streamline distribution processes, enhance purchasing efficiency, and minimize lead times for product delivery to locations.

• Partner with Marketing to develop promotional strategies and campaigns that drive product demand and maximize sales opportunities across locations.

• Leverage IT solutions and data analytics to monitor supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to drive operational excellence.

• Purchasing: Oversee the procurement of parts, equipment, smallwares, and materials required for locations.

• Rebate Dollars: Identify opportunities to leverage rebate programs and incentives offered by suppliers, actively pursuing and maximizing rebate dollars to enhance profitability for locations.

• Inventory Control: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and reduce carrying costs across franchisee locations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably within the food and beverage industry, with a track record of driving operational efficiencies and cost savings.

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and agreements with suppliers and vendors.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, anticipate industry changes, and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.

• Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain management software/tools.

• Demonstrated leadership experience with a commitment to fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
