About The Role:

CBRE’s NY Consulting Group is seeking a graphic designer to join our creative team to develop bespoke digital and printed materials in an exciting, fast-paced environment, working with some of New York’s top commercial real estate leaders.

What You'll Do:

  • Create custom digital and print materials for clients including pitch books (print and digital), proposals, offering memorandums, infographics, and 2D/3D maps.

  • Translates text-heavy information and financial data into compelling visuals to best support targeted business objectives.

  • Works with high-level executives, associates and financial analysts to gather information that informs a creative and tailored approach to client deliverables.

  • Takes direction from Creative Director as it relates to approaching projects efficiently and prioritizing competing tasks.

  • Proactively communicates with Creative Director on project scope and status.

  • Develops, manages and enforces compliance of shared group processes and standards, including asset creation and creative resource management.

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college required. Two to three years’ experience providing design support to multiple or team of professionals preferred; experience in commercial real estate and/or architecture ideal.

  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (general proficiency and used as a design medium).

  • Mastery of core Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).

  • Skilled at integrating assets generated from core Adobe programs into PowerPoint.

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word (formatting, style application).

  • •Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (editing data for creation of charts and graphs in PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with 3D programs a huge plus.

  • Familiarity designing with HTML, CSS and Javascript a plus.

  • Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills.

  • Sophisticated written and verbal communication skills.

  • Resourceful, proactive and solution-oriented.

  • Committed to creating and delivering clean, professional results—regardless of project size.

  • Ability to comprehend and interpret documents, listen attentively and follow instructions.

  • Ability to provide efficient, reliable and courteous service.

  • Able to effectively articulate ideas concisely and convey confidence.

  • Demonstrated history creating and managing strong relationships with team members and clients.

  • Willing and able to work extended evening hours, as needed.

New York City Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Graphic Designer position is $95,000 annually [or $45.67/hr] and the maximum salary for the position is $105,000 annually [or $50.48/hr]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
