International Card Services delivers unique products and services to our card members that in turn create unparalleled value and sustainable growth, in a customer centric, collaborative, and highly energetic work environment. Through Driving innovation and transformation projects within the acquisition team, we play a major role in building digital assets and optimizing the application and onboarding experiences for customers and prospects to drive tangible business results.

How will you make an impact in this role?

The position reports to the Assistant Manager Application Transformation and will be responsible for supporting projects key to executing our application strategy, with a strong focus on data analysis and performance metrics reporting, enabling us to generate and leverage key insights to support the Business while identifying key opportunities.

The ideal candidate for this position will also have sound project management skills, a desire to drive innovation and change, be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, have a customer-first mindset and be able to operate in a dynamic culture (sometimes with little direction).

Some of the projects within our remit currently include working with our technology and servicing teams to automate manual processes and understanding requirements surrounding onboarding, including regulatory requirements such as Anti-money Laundering (AML) & Income verification, to identify solutions which will improve the customer application experience.

Responsibilities

  • Project management support including data analysis, Technology and Agency briefing, timeline management, feedback co-ordination, approval processes, asset deployment and testing.

  • UX (user experience) Application tracking and development: Collating, interpreting, and presenting results, and identifying opportunities for our roadmap.

  • Supporting the team with data analysis and web tracking across key platforms to generate insights into applicant behavioural drivers and optimal journeys.

  • Internal Stakeholder Management: Socializing and briefing of projects and new initiatives to technology, sales, servicing, product, risk, legal and compliance teams.

To be successful in this role you will need to be:

  • Proficient and comfortable managing and analysing numbers, preferably in MS Excel.

  • Power Point experience with website analytics (Adobe Analytics, Content Square) and Tableau (nVision) an advantage

  • A great communicator (verbal and written)

  • A positive, energetic, and inquisitive team member who is keen to contribute to a strong, fun, and supportive team culture, and to the ongoing evolution of its activities.

  • An organised and detail-oriented coordinator, with the skill and resilience to be able to keep projects on track and escalate as needed.
