Position Summary

This position follows a hybrid working schedule in Monroeville, PA

The Manager, Contract Pricing will report to the Sr. Manager, AR Specialty. The primary responsibilities of the Manager include validating payment variances to contract terms, partnering with client contacts to recover underpayments, and escalating payment variances to the management and sales teams. The Manager is also responsible for identifying outliers in reimbursement rates, performing bad debt analysis, and recommending and assisting leadership in the implementation of approved recommendations. The Manager will present deep discount concerns to underwriting for reevaluation.

The Manager will also be responsible for supporting the RCM team by leading colleagues responsible for developing workflow systems and streamlining processes within the department.

In order to be successful in this role you must exhibit the following:

• Understanding conversion factors with the ability to identify if the billed quantity is correct based on the quantity dispensed. • Experiencing in navigating and understanding the billing, accounts receivable, insurance and pricing set-up screens in revenue cycle systems. • Extreme accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail.• Ability to work in teams and coordinate work efforts.• Exceptional verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.• Ability to evaluate work and process flow to ensure optimal efficiencies.• Ability to manage multiple priorities.• Experience in a high intensity, fast paced production environment.

Required Qualifications• 5+ years of related experience:

• 2+ years reimbursement analysis or insurance collections or insurance claims processing experience

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applicationsPreferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years overseeing revenue cycle management or reimbursement analysis teams

  • 5+ years of leadership experience

    • Proficient in Microsoft office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and One Note
  • Proven ability to collaborate across business lines to work towards enterprise goals and objectives. - Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results that meet or exceed expectations. - Experience working with revenue cycle applications and healthcare finance and accounting principles.Education•

• High School Diploma/GED required• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or health care management preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
