Principal Associate, Mexico Learning Program Manager

As part of the Learning & Development team you will work closely with business leaders and HR staff to consult, design, develop, deliver, manage and analyze learning experiences for associates. You will play a critical role in making sure our learning experiences are designed with user and business objectives in mind. We are looking to add a talented individual to our team to help us manage our growing portfolio of learning programs and events!
In this role you will create and communicate the product vision for the learning technology you own. You will be responsible for working from the customer backwards to make sure the product provides the optimal user experience. You will partner with vendors, HR, business leaders, and learning stakeholders from across the organization to manage the product backlog and feature requests. In addition, the Associate who fills this role must have a focus on delivering efficient, reliable, resilient, scalable, and high performing solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with internal partners across Capital One’s lines of business and within HR to support meeting the organization's development needs
Work on individual and team projects, own and solve problems, and partner to design and implement new processes
Measure impact. You will identify the meaningful measurement for the product, track and iterate accordingly sharing with stakeholders
Identify performance gaps and determine the cause in order to recommend the most appropriate learning solutions
Vendor/Relationship Management as required
Basic Qualifications:
Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in learning and development
At least 1 year of experience in project or program management
At least 1 year of experience in client consulting
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2 years of experience working in Agile teams
At least 3 years of experience in learning and development
At least 2 years of experience in Project Management
At least 2 years of experience in learning event planning
Process or Project Management Certification
