The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for maintaining the company's facilities' cleanliness, ensuring that all the equipment and machinery are in working condition, and escalating high defective items for repair. Our Maintenance assistant should always adhere to the organization's safety standards to prevent hazards in operations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Attend to truck loading and van system for sawdust removal processes. For the sawdust loading system, the Maintenance Assistant must ensure that the trailers are rotated when they become full. The process will require consistent monitoring throughout the day.

Assist the plant electrician in tasks associated with equipment maintenance and boiler operation. Such tasks will include maintenance of electrical wiring for the company's equipment, machinery and other Company property.

Competitive wages, dependent on experience, $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
