Co-Packing Design & Execution Supervisor CEE

People Leader for co-packing activities in CEE countries, the scope covers mostly mass portfolio and exceptionally self-care (Poland, Slovakia, Hungary Czech and Ukraine), the position reports into the LOGISTICS & COPACKING MANAGER CEE/UA, and it is based in Warsaw [Poland].

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Providers supervision, relationship management and escalations if needed. The scope includes, but not limited to: service level, quality & regulatory, safety, metrics, EEHS&S and local regulations when applicable

  • First point of contact for internal stakeholders

  • Budget & spent management/control for co-packing related activities including materials cost and PPV variances,

  • Liaison with external vendors responsible for materials sourcing

  • Partnering & support internal functions for commercial discussions with providers and any required audits

  • Identify and perform cost improvement/operational excellence projects to increase efficiency and deliver the agreed targets

  • Co-packing components ordering and co-packing plan creation, in case back up is required

  • Lead coach and empower a team of specialist. Guide and coach them through every day operational responsibilities, provide them with the required support to ensure they complete their tasks effectively and flawlessly.

  • Responsible in managing direct reports performance and support their career development plans.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or Engineering

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar leadership position.

  • SAP and OMP advanced user

  • Knowledge of the Customers, the retail environment and their expectations related to product and promotions.

  • Thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment – demonstrates ability to work and effectively manage priorities.

  • Effective communication, ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Solid interpersonal skills, maintaining effective working relationships with external suppliers (Third Party Packaging Contractors and Component Vendors) as well as numerous internal cross-functional business partners.

  • Fluent English

  • PC skills - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), databases, internal systems

  • analytical skills and willingness to challenge status-quo

  • Dynamic, self-driven, committed and resilient

  • Able to work in ambiguous environment where all variables/deliverables are not always clear

  • Good team player
