Oracle Contractor - Senior Project Analyst in GURUGRAM, India

• Collaborate with Tax & Treasury stakeholders to transform business processes in the areas of Corporate Tax Planning, Non-Income Based Tax, Tax Audit, and Treasury.

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve them by partnering closely with PMO Project Managers and Tax & Treasury business subject matter experts (SME), including documentation of key deliverables, such as As-Is and To-Be process flows, Responsible/Accountable/Consulted/Informed (RACI) ownership definition, and ongoing process governance plans.

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders for process improvement and systems implementation projects.

• Manage functional, corporate, ERP, and new technology initiatives to develop Tax & Treasury business process and system solutions

• Support Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology standards and best practices, and secure Global Information Security approval for all systems initiatives • Support testing and implementation of Tax and Treasury IT systems solutions.

• Research, generate, and present data and analytics needed to drive key business and process design decisions.

• Provide ongoing governance and support for implemented processes and systems.

• In partnership with IT, develop and deliver ERP solutions to support Non-Income Based Tax (NIBT).

Responsibilities
