Job SummaryResponsible for instruction and training in warehouse and operations that will prepare the associate for entry-level employment and certification. Develop and deliver training to all associates within the facility. Training can include, but is not limited to: warehouse SOPs including receiving, put away, shipping and packing; safety; business systems, etc. Identify areas to improve processes and reduce errors and develop training to support these objectives. Responsible for developing candidate skills, knowledge, and attitudes commensurate to the goals of the program and effectively using materials and equipment to meet goals.

  • Identifies potential training needs and develops applicable training material.

  • Teaches knowledges, concepts, and skills encompassed within the curriculum effectively.

  • Reviews the curriculum annually and makes necessary recommendations for changes.

  • At the completion of each associateā€™s training, submits a report of the total number of hours of training the associate received and the related skills achieved.

  • Assists in placement within the facility.

  • Accurately and punctually submits all forms and information needed for grade reporting to the Quality Process Manager.

  • Attends staff meetings and other meetings as required by the Quality Process Manager.

  • Provides effective coaching and mentoring while acting as a liaison between the Quality Process Manager and the associate.

  • Analyzes instructional situations and develops an effective course of action to achieve maximum learning by the associates.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
