Contract Terms: Marketing Working Student - part time 20 hours

We are currently looking for a student who would like to complete his or her compulsory internship in the field of marketing with us as part of the study regulations of his or her university. THE JOB

As part of the marketing team, your focus will be on content marketing (e.g. Ticketmaster blog & website), social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok) and email marketing (newsletter). As part of this position, you will be responsible for your own contributions and campaigns and actively help to shape them, independently maintain the marketing channels and prepare reports and analyses.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will be supporting our marketing team in the following tasks:

  • Implementation of marketing campaigns.

  • Content management and content creation, e.g., in the blog and social media.

  • Creation and send out our newsletters.

  • Implementation social media campaigns.

  • Maintenance, segment, and analyse our customer database in compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Creation reports, analysing SEO performance using appropriate tools.

  • Maintenance and support of specific pages, shops, and channels.

  • Depending on the focus of study and interest, designing our advertising material.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • You are currently studying full-time at a university in Germany in the fields of marketing, media studies, communication, musicology or similar.

  • You are a creative thinker who enjoys writing and has a feeling for design.

  • You have a perfect command of German spelling and grammar.

  • You are structured, meticulous and have an eye for detail.

  • French knowledge is desirable.

    YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)

  • Openness, good communication skills.

  • Hands-on approach, proactive self-starter who can work on own initiative.

  • Strong organisational skills.

  • You are a full-time student at a university in Germany.
