Amazon Learning Coordinator, AMZL Supply Chain Learning in Barcelona, Spain

We are searching for a Learning Coordinator to support the ongoing onboardings and training activities with a focus on development, innovation, problem solving and aim to create valuable onboarding and learning experiences.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work side by side with a group of exceptionally driven, customer-obsessed AMZL Supply Chain managers, all while coordinating and delivering a variety of learning activities.

Key job responsibilities

• Maintains mid to high-level knowledge in at least two AMZL Supply Chain areas.

• Refines learning tools and techniques across AMZL Supply Chain

• Plans and delivers onboarding plans, refreshers and other trainings

• Creates training content

• Assists in measuring the effectiveness of learning

• Improves associates' job-related skills

• Develops, maintains and applies learning tools (methods, checklists and skill building agreements) to encourage scheduler development

• Identifies areas for cross training and assists in driving success of peak and non-peak training plans

• Partners with Quality team to offer learning solutions to improve defect trends

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Barcelona, ESP

Basic Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook

  • Intermediate to advanced level of English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior training, teaching or presentation experience

  • Previous experience as Ambassador in Forecast team

  • Willingness to work in different areas or shifts as required by training needs

  • Candidates must be very organized and able to handle multiple and changing projects/priorities
